Our Interior Design Process
Phase One - design brief & planning
Every great design starts with a great chat. We begin by getting to know your style, your goals, and what you truly want from the space. We’ll gather inspiration together, then turn that spark into a design & proposal that speaks your language. We then start the process with mood boards, visual layouts, and carefully selected pieces so you’ll get a clear sense of how everything will look and feel. From lead times to budgets, we keep it practical and beautiful.

We will provide a project proposal after our initial chat , based on your requirements and begin the process of selecting design styles.

We get to know your desired style and translate it into a design with some products selected. We produce mood boards to get a feel for the design and work closely with you to refine the details.

We start co-ordinating your project timelines, plan your budget and arrange meetings with trades people to carry out the installations. We finalise your furniture & product selections and place orders on your behalf at this stage, to ensure we receive deliveries within our deadlines.
Mood boards.
Mood boards are a great starting point in visualizing how different products and finishes will come together. They give us insight into your preferences—what you love and what you don’t—helping us shape and refine the design as we move into the next stages.
Bespoke design & installation
This is where your story meets our design. We develop tailored design elements and produce detailed drawings for our trusted local artisans and makers. Lead times are carefully built into the project schedule to ensure a seamless flow. We work closely with you to select the right tradespeople for the job and manage all communication, ensuring every detail is executed with precision and ease.

Providing floor plans , electrical plans and design visuals to ensure our designs translate easily to our trusted trades.

Co-ordinating trade timelines, arranging work dates, and having meetings on site to see over the installations.

Arranging deliveries of our selected furniture when the trade work has been finished , to add the finishing touches.
